Notes for Mineral Resources: Ann Mason Deposit, Yerington, USA

  • The mineral resource estimate has an effective date of March 3 , 2017 and was prepared by Peter Oshust, P. Geo., Principal Geologist of Amec Foster Wheeler.
  • Mineral resources are reported within a constraining pit shell developed using Whittle™ software. Assumptions include:
    • Commodity prices of US$3.74/lb Cu, US$13.23/lb Mo, US$1,495/oz Au and US$23.58/oz Ag
    • Process recoveries of 92% Cu, 50% Mo, 50% Au and 55% Ag
    • Mining costs of US$1.09/tonne base cost to the 1605 metre level then increasing by US$0.02/bench below 1605 metres
    • Processing costs of US$5.82/tonne
    • General and administration (G&A) costs of US$0.30/tonne
  • The above assumptions were used in the 2015 PEA and Amec Foster Wheeler is of the opinion they remain reasonable for supporting the 2017 Ann Mason mineral resource estimate Assumptions include 100% mining recovery.
  • An external dilution factor was not considered during this resource estimation.
  • Internal dilution within a 20 metre x 20 metre x 15 metre SMU (selective mining unit) was considered.
  • The 0.4% net smelter returns royalty held by Sandstorm Gold Ltd. (the “Sandstorm Royalty”) was not considered during the preparation of the conceptual pit.
  • Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
  • Entrée has a 100% interest in the unpatented claims comprising the Ann Mason deposit, subject to the Sandstorm Royalty.

Notes for Mineral Resources: Blue Hill Deposit, Yerington, USA:

  • The Blue Hill Mineral Resource estimate is based on all scientific and technical information as of 3 March 2017 and therefore has an effective date of 3 March 2017.  The mineral resource model and the Mineral Resource estimate have not changed since 31 July, 2012, the effective date of the previous Mineral Resource estimate. The assumptions used in 2012 to assess reasonable prospects of eventual economic extraction including metal prices, mining, processing and G&A cost metallurgical recoveries and pit slopes remain the same and are still considered reasonable.
  • The mineral resource estimate has an effective date of March 3, 2017 and was prepared by M. Waldegger, P. Geo. under the supervision of P. Desautels, P.Geo. of AGP.
  • Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
  • Summations within the table may not agree due to rounding.
  • Molybdenum, gold and silver were estimated for the sulphide zone only
  • Contained metal values are in-situ and not in consideration of metallurgical recoveries.
  • Entrée has a 100% interest in the unpatented claims comprising the Blue Hill deposit, subject to a 0.4% net smelter returns royalty in favour of Sandstorm.
